Nilphamari district has flowed along rivers like Tista, Burititas, Ichhamati, Jamuneshwari, Dhoom, Kumlai, Saralakata, Saramangala, Salki, Chikli and Deoyani. Among them, the main rivers are produced from the Himalayas and the mountainous areas of Assam. The rivers of the main river are spread like nets in Nilphamari chest.
